Well if anyone tells you that moving a small, quaint woolshop is easy, please point them in my direction and I shall put them right on the matter! I know Godstall Lane was small and difficult to work for both you and us, due to the lack of space and one of my very special reps, before he retired last year, did congratulate Steve and I on our maximisation of a small space, we still didn’t realise what we had accumulated over three years.
It is all here AND MORE at the new STASH Fine Yarns at Unit 48, Evans Business Centre, Minerva Avenue, Off Sovereign Way, Chester , CH1 4QL . 01244 389310. We’ve got loads more space and far more display areas. Even some chairs and tables where you can have a look at all our pattern books, try a few wools on needles and generally have a cool time!!
Saturday is the big day, shall we say 10am (fingers crossed) when you will have the chance to see the new Designer Yarns books and yarn from Debbie Bliss, Louisa Harding, Noro and Auracania. The Rowan House of yarns are arriving tomorrow – hopefully, with offerings from Rowan, Rowan Classic and Gedifra. Laurel Burch has some absolutely fab designs out which will make great presents.
We are nearly there, as the photo we have included shows, but please try and come and see us you will be made very welcome. You will be entering the largest yarn stash in England and Wales,- so who could resist that, and if you mention at the till that you had read the blog offering you a 10% discount, it’s yours!!
See you soon, happy knitting!

Good luck for Saturday – I’m so gutted that your grand opening is happening when I will be in Cornwall!! However, I plan to pop in as soon as I’m back – the photo looks as though it’s going to be an amazing space
Hope all goes well – see you soon,
Kath
Thanks Kath for your kind words, don’t worry there will still be lots left for you to drool over when you get back from Cornwall!
Have a good holiday and see you soon.
